Q : Is your food Halal Certified?
A : Yes. FoodTalks is Halal Certified by MUIS OF SINGAPORE. Our Cert No. is FPCX13040000021.
Q : How do I place my order?
A : You can place order via (1) Online order (2) Request for fax copy or download the order form from the website fill up and fax to us at 62463371 (3) Call us at 62463369.
Q : How many days in advance do I have to place my order?
A : You have to place your order at least 3 working days in advance. Do note that dates are subjected to availability. So do book early for festive seasons.
Q : How do I make payment?
A : Payment is made upon delivery of buffet. You may pay Cash or write a cheque made payable to ‘FoodTalks Caterer & Manufacturer’. For Corporate Clients who need credit facility, please call us for approval.
Q : How is the portion like for the buffet?
A : We provide a buffer of 10% of the food. Do note that popular items like finger food and specialities usually run out faster than the others.
Q : When is the latest time I need to call for changes to my order?
A : At least 3 working days from the date of event.
Q : What if I want a different menu from the one listed on the website?
A : We can customise menu base on your requirement. Just call us at 6246 3369 or email to enquiry@foodtalks.com.sg. This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it
Q : Can I self collect my order?
A : Yes, you may request to self collect your buffet. Food will be served in microwave box or aluminium tray. Delivery charge will be waived.
Q : How much is the delivery Charge and what does the buffet comes with?
A : (1) For standard buffet, delivery charge is $42.80 (Including GST). Buffet will comes with standard numbers of tables with table cloth and skirting, warmers for the food and full set of disposable ware.
(2) For Mini buffet or mini packages, delivery charge is $26.75 (Including GST). Buffet will be served in disposable tray or microwave box. No table or warmers setup, but full set of disposable ware is provided.
(3) For buffet order above $500 (Excluding GST and side orders), delivery charges will be waived unless otherwise stated for festive seasons.
(4) Non Lift landing level and remote areas are subject to additional surcharge.
Q : Will there be penalty for cancellation of confirmed order?
A : There will only be penalty charge if the cancellation is within 7 working days from the event date.
Cancellation Charge is 30% of total amount if less than 7 working days notice
Cancellation Charge is 50% of total amount if less than 3 working days notice
Cancellation Charge is 100% of total amount if less than 1working days notice
Q : Do you provide serving Staff?
A : Yes, buffet serving staff is at $53.50 (Including GST) per person and BBQ Staff is at $64.20 (Including GST) per person (For maximum 4 hours). Additional hours are subjected to $10.70 (Including GST) per hour.
Q : Do you provide Ice?
A : Yes, Ice cube is provided in styrofoam box and cost $10.70 (Including GST) per box.
Q : How long can we have the buffet for and by went must we consume the food?
A : Buffet standard duration is 4 hours. Food are to be consumed within 3 hours from delivery time.
